If only I could give zero stars! 8 years of records that were sent were miraculously never recieved despite me calling the office and the people who sent them over with a date and time. My first visit to establish I had to return another day for labs because they quit taking them at 4. A medication I was supposed to take was forgotten about and took a week to be called in. A medication was brought up to take and I advised I took it years ago and stopped because it no longer did anything for me. It was restarted at half a dose. Total waste of my time and money because I of course had to come BACK in to see how things were going. Provided NO assistance in figuring out why my meds became more than 5x what they were before being at that office. Put me on a steroid/anti-inflammatory for pain I'

Did a wonderful job. Angie was a wonderful nurse took very good care of my grandmother. Dr Nick did a great job as well thank you for the wonderful care and service. Keep up the great work.

It's a blessing to have a Dr who listens to my concerns. A lot of things are taking care of before I leave, things I was going to have done in various Dr offices and appointments. Thank you Dr Beth

Waited 5 weeks for an appointment, because new patients are discriminated against. Go a call 5 minutes before my appointment that provider wasn’t there today. Why can’t anyone substitute. Don’t go there, they may kill you.

Very polite waiting time no longer than 5 minutes. Doctors have greatest bed side manners. They listen to you and they talk to you not down to you 💯 😴.
