Lexington Dental Center

I made an appointment to be seen and was rescheduled 3 times. they told me the dentist was on vacation, out of town, and they painted the night before as reasons I had to reschedule. they canceled on very short notice, once less than 2.5 hours before my appointment. I called multiple times to confirm my appointments after the first was rescheduled and I was given excuses that their computers were down 2 of the times I called, with a promise to be called back with confirmation as soon as they were up which they never did. It is hard enough for me to get 1 day off work for this, let alone the 3 I had to request off before giving up and going with another dentist

I was a patient a few years ago and the younger male dentist was completely rude. He did a botch job on my fillings, then said if my bite was off to come back. I came back the next day, and he was mad that I couldn't come at 3. I told him I'd be there right before they closed at 5, since I had taken off work the day before for my fillings. As soon as I walked in he rolled his eyes, he was very rude and tried to rush through the procedure. I haven't been back since. Dr. Pleasant needs to hire a new dentist with a little more bedside manor, because that guy was a jerk. Cute, but a total jerk.

I had made a appointment for my fiancé , already paid for on Groupon.. & he left work early for the appt. & they canceled 10 mins before.. rescheduled , & he had to leave work again... they canceled again.. I called got a later appt . & they call & cancel AGAIN!! The hygienist always had a reason to leave early ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND making any kind of appt THEY ARE A JOKE ! & yes I'm getting my money back !!

I was treated as if I was a con artist because I asked them to correct an issue that was finally recognized by another dentist as real. Without knowing my history, personal life and back ground they treated me as if I was scrounging for a hand out or I was conning them! All I did was ask them to fix something they messed up. When we came to an agreement and i thanked Sarah Jane she reacted so rudely, accusstory and spiteful. It's not my fault that Dr. Pleasant summed my pain up as phantom pain because of a misdiagnosis of fibromyalgia and shewed me off as a petty patient. What really should have happened was full exploration into the situation instead of prejudgement. When someone thanks you for your kindness and understanding, you should not fire back with such negativity and spite. I hop

Today I had some fillings redone by Dr Abadi @ the Lexington Dental Center. Words cannot describe how happy I am with the results of Dr.Abadi wonderful work. He prepared my teeth, advising me of each step that he would be doing. All procedures were entirely painless. Yes PAINLESS!!!! This is one dentist I could seat in the chair and let work on my teeth for hours. Dr Abadi and his assistant made me feel very comfortable and stress free. HE IS AWESOME!!!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Abadi to everyone looking for an outstanding dentist. THANK YOU for the excellent work.
