To be fair, my sister has only been in this facility for about 2 weeks, but so far, I have been very happy with how she is doing and how she is treated. I go in and out at different times and on different days, so no one has a clue when I will be there. I recommend any one do that who has a loved one in a long term care facility. I also decided to do her laundry so I can't comment on that. I am praying that the negative reviews on here were not true because no one deserves to be treated badly because they can't do anything about it. So far, the care seems to be good, the CNA's and nurses I've met have introduced themselves and seem very caring, and the place smells clean. The administrative staff has been helpful, and all of my questions have been answered. The medical doctor was VE

My wife just went there to drop my dad off for rehab. And there is absolutely no way I would ever let him stay here. The staff was very rude, and the facility was nasty. They said over the phone that we could come and go as we needed, but when we got here, we was told differently. If this is what my dad has to go to, then I'll just quit work and take care of him myself. They said that they had one nurse and she was on her phone instead of working with her patients. Then she can't guarantee that he will get his meds until the next afternoon and that he wasn't guaranteed rehab every day. If this is the case then why are you even there for. This was absolutely ridiculous if you ask me. After looking at the reviews I know 100% in my heart that we made the best decision.

This facility does not even deserve one star. I was hopeful that this nursing home would be better than the horror of Glen Burnie on Libby, boy was I wrong. There are only a handful of CNA's and Nurses that actually care about their residents. The rest are ROTTEN to the core. My mother rang the bell and they would not come, if they did come it would be at least 30 minutes to an hour later. My mother was supposed to be repositioned every 2 hours and have her brief changed every 2 hours ( per the nurse in charge ) that NEVER happened. One day I came to visit my mother and her brief was soaked. She had sat in her own soil for 6 hours. Very sad how nursing homes are able to charge a fortune for HORRIBLE care. Oh, and my mother's credit card was stolen from her wallet that was in her purse in

My parent received skilled nursing at the Lexington Court facility. I was very unhappy with the level of care my parent received at the Lexington. Overall, the services receive a grade of F-. The condition and cleanliness of the facility was unbelievable. The smell of urine permeates the entire building. The bathrooms are unclean with markings of feces on toilet and areas surrounding the toilet. Trash cans are over filled with trash. It was obvious the building is not cleaned at scheduled times and the condition of uncleanliness remained for days. In regards to care from the nursing staff were intermittent. I could not reach or contact a nurse, CSN or LPN to assist my father with the basics of receiving his meals, helping him with self-care toileting or just simply giving him a dr

They were horrible. They messed up my father's j-tube and he had to spend another week at Saint Mary's. Now, I understand life happens. But that doctor there just completely lacked empathy. Just no bedside manner and he made it clear he did not care about my father. He reasoning was, dad has stage 4 cancer, so he did not matter. Yes, dad had cancer, but the place was supposed to take care of him, not usher him to the grave faster. Avoid this place at all costs. ____ Update to reply: We did talk to somebody, the doctor. I thought he was in charge. And he said his comments in front of an entire room of nurses. You can't resolve the issue; my dad is dead. It was James May if you want to look at the records.
