LexaMD Urgent and Primary Care

Came in with my husband, the staff was really nice; so I decided to get my wellness exam. There was no wait time. We were told that this Urgent Care operates as Concierge Urgent Care and patients are not expected to wait for more than 15 minutes to be seen by a provider. How amazing is that? They offer Primary Care as well. We loved the experience.

I recently visited this urgent care center in Park Slope and was impressed with the quality of care I received. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner.

The office was clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the waiting room ambiance, which was comfortable and welcoming. The wait time was about 10 minutes and the doctor was pretty good.

I booked an appointment online in advance for a strep test. Went to the office and was told “this office is shutting down. There’s no one here that can see you” Waste of my time. Please take down your website.

I would not recommend that anyone attend LexaMD for their medical needs. The doctors are not equipped to give proper medical advice or referrals. I would recommend finding another doctor in the area.
