Lewiston Village Pediatrics

Had a first person visit for my two sons today, the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond in finding helpful resources. My son is autistic and the doctors were absolutely amazing with him, they were friendly and kind which is exactly what you want them to be. I’m so glad I switched to them as my son’s pediatric office and can’t wait to continue with them in the future. Not to mention they make it fun for the kiddos!

My kid was having a meltdown which is common for kids on the spectrum. The doctor acted like he was annoyed because he wasn't going to get to give him his shot that was due All he cared about was the $$$$. I changed doctor's after that.

Do not recommend this doctors office. Staff do not care about your concerns they just want your money. My sons insurance is perfectly fine and running but they try to charge an arm and a leg because it supposedly is inactive when I know it’s active because I talked with my insurance company.

I had no idea my 3-year-old son was POSITIVE! The day before, I had a test done by my family doctor and tested NEGATIVE, so when my son had no fever, only a cough and runny nose, I wasn’t overly concerned. I called and made an appointment for him, and after they checked him, they told me he tested POSITIVE! From that point on, we felt like we were being discriminated against. I understand their concerns, but it felt like they didn’t care about our feelings—they just wanted us out of there as quickly as possible. Since my first son was born 9 years ago at St. Mary’s Hospital, we’ve always trusted Dr. Ferguson. I changed my sons pediatrician 3 times before finding this wonderful practice! I was disappointed by care time and time again, but determined to find somewhere we feel heard and this was it. They are kind, not judgmental and overall a very helpful pediatricians office. We’ve been happy here for 3 years and don’t plan on switching until we have to.
