Lewiston Primary Care Center

I chose Lewiston Primary Care when I first moved to Niagara Falls in 2016 and I have been very happy with them. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. I have not had a problem getting my scripts called in or a problem getting appointments. They have also been very helpful with referrals the few times I needed them. I hope they continue their practice as I have no intention of going anywhere else. Thanks so much to all.

Dr. Awan is fantastic. He possesses all the characteristics that I look for in a doctor. A specific example is when I emailed a concern I had about an upcoming surgery, he emailed me back several times, in a timely manner. His office staff is always helpful.

After Jennifer Earsing left this practice, I couldn’t last a month without changing practices. Within a week, I received not one, but two condescending phone calls from providers who have never met me. Poor provider quality and care.

I'm not actually sure if this Doctors office is a shining star or terrible I've never been. What I will say is when looking up a new Primary care office for my family, this is the first one I clicked becuase of it's location. When I think of Lewiston NY. I think of the kindness, good character, close knit community, cleanliness and open arms welcoming you. I was very excited to see a Primary care office in Lewiston and immediately thought it would probably be my best option by far. Unfortunately your reviews are telling a very different story which is truly heartbreaking. In light of the cautionary tone of many past customers I will probably continue searching for a different office to move to. Very bad experience, front desk lady had an attitude with me and rolled her eyes a lot. They canceled my appointment many times said it’s because they don’t specialize in medicaid, I am not on medicaid. She also called the wrong phone number and gave me attitude for that. Didn’t even make it into the doctors appointment they rescheduled me right at the window.
