If I could give zero stars I would. But I guess one assistant is worth the star. This place is an absolute joke. The physician is exactly like the others. Start you on a medicine, not be there to fill it, have staff DELETE your messages for a refill and then. God forbid another Dr is kind enough to fill your script so you’re not in pain cause then he won’t fill it at all. He’s pathetic hell I seen him at the end of 2025, my A1C was .1 higher than it should be. HE DIDNT EVEN MENTION IT!! And the staff is a joke they rarely answer the phone. Sheila is the only one there worth more than she earns I bet that. But if you truly want a doctor that follows through on your health and actually truly cares. You’re better off going to TLC than here cause I promise they’ll do your health more of a favo

Love the doctor and the office staff! Caring and wonderful. Some days you may have to wait but it is worth it!

A+, Kimberly in reception, thanks for being so quick and amazing today you really helped me out. The whole team at Lewis Primary Care do excellent work. When you have a small business there is no room for error. And from reception to the medical assistants to the PA himself they all make going to the doctor a very pleasurable dare I say “fun” experience.

Lewis Primary Care, along with Vincent Lewis, have been great. They seem to really want to work with you to get to the root of the problem and get you back on track. Love the compassion and would highly recommend
