DO NOT GO THERE! Absolutely horrendous office staff! It shouldn't take a 5 unanswered voicemails, 2 in person visits over a week just to request my prescription sent to my pharmacy. AND I STILL DON"T HAVE MY SCRIPT. It's a simple script refill!!! Pharmacy says the doctors office fax number doesn't work. The staff doesn't belong in healthcare! At this point, I'm requesting my all medical records and going someplace else.

I became a patient with Lewis Family Medicine in January 2026... it is still January 2026 and I am already seeking a new (competent) PCP to help manage my health. I came to this facility seeking a standard health screening and a referral for a psychiatrist, stressing the urgency of the latter need. Krista Ihle, FNP-C referred me to a doctor who was not in network. After over a week of failed attempts to connect with that psychiatrist, I was given this unfortunate cost breakdown: $450 out of pocket for my initial visit and $250 for every appointment after. Why would any medical professional worth their degree not confirm with the patient whether an out-of-network doctor was feasible? I attempted several times to reach anyone at Lewis Family Medicine, but was met by multiple front-desk adm

Horrible experience here! I needed to have my annual physical and my insurance changed in January so I went on the insurance website to search for providers and found this place. I knew to select them as my PCP, which I did. But inexplicably, because the insurance cards I had already received in the mail didn't specify them, they turned me away when I showed up for my appointment. Bear in mind I had already uploaded my insurance cards two weeks earlier when I made the appointment, so they knew exactly what it said, and they certainly could've also called my insurance company to verify that they were indeed specified as my PCP. But the woman at the front desk didn't want to be bothered with any of that. Needless to say I will find another PCP and be happy to tell everyone about my hor

I’ve been a patient here for years and have had mixed experiences, but this was the final straw. I’ve been trying for weeks to get a very simple task done: having a physician sign off on immunization records for a medical program application. I scheduled an in-person appointment and, due to bad weather, was notified via text that it had been changed to a telemedicine visit. That was fine. I completed all pre-check-in requirements days in advance. My appointment was scheduled for 1:15 PM. After waiting more than 45 minutes past my appointment time, I called repeatedly and finally reached someone who told me my appointment had been cancelled — despite multiple text messages clearly stating it had been rescheduled to telemed. I was then told they would fit me in within the next 30 minutes.

I was a brand new patient. I arrived 15 mins early to complete the paperwork before my 8:30am appointment after getting a confirmation email and reminder about my appointment the day before. Once finished I sat there for 30mins eventually telling the front desk lady I needed to use the restroom but thought the doc would want me to leave a urine sample (recurrent UTI's im trying to get to the bottom of). She proceeded to tell me they would call me back soon. I wait for another 10/15mins and she then has me come up to the front desk and notifys me that they canceled my appointment and called amd left a voicemail because a doctor called out. I looked through my calls and voicemails and had no missed calls. So I sat there for 45mins to then be told my appointment was canceled. How did they not
