Fast Aid Urgent Care - Dripping Springs

I called in need of a visit in order to get a prescription for antibiotics. The call was informative, professional, but also friendly and familiar. Upon arrival, the staff was honest, clear, and friendly. Intake was as simple as easy as it could have been, and should be at all facilities. There was no unnecessary or additional procedures up sold, confirming my actual health was the priority. The entire visit was the first time I had a good experience in the health care industry since my Uncle was my practicing GP. I would recommend this particular Urgent Care facility to anyone....Especially those who are sceptical that there are moral, ethical, and genuine people left in the health care profession. I was driving by and saw this place and needed to get some stiches out and stopped in closer to their closing time and they were so kind. They got me in quick and were very reasonably priced. Robyn was very helpful and she took care of me. I would travel from across the city to come here. Highly recommend!

They are always kind, efficient and understanding of my son with autism and his fears. Its appreciated that they go out of their way to make him as comfortable as possible. It is also awesome that the wait times are usually very short and that they can see the whole family for mild illness and injury. We have been using this facility for a couple of years and have never had a bad visit.

Amazing staff! Always professional and caring for the patient. Came in because I had a fever and needed to get tested for Covid and flu. They always take the time to explain the results and steps on how to get you better.
