Levy Building

I posted good things and the bad about this hospital,but this time it's the STAFF AT THE FRONT Door ,,ONLY ONE BAD WORM THE LIGHT SKIN LADY WITH THE RED SHORT HAIR, MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT,,My wife is not going good COPD, congested heart failure,8 was given a night pass to comfort my wife the alarm went off on my house I went to check it came back that's when things hit the fan ,, explain to her what was going on instead of listening to me so I called upstairs put the nurse on the phone she did not want to talk to her telling the nurse to call downstairs its morning time they busy on their runs state of her taking my phone she just blew me off wasting my money do you need to teach your staff that people have feelings expression when it comes to their loved ones you all need to address th

I was so well treated here by everyone I encountered, and I do mean EVERYONE. Even staff members just walking down the hall took time to say hello. My x-ray technician was so wonderful and patient with how slow I had to move on my dodgy ankle, major kudos to him and everyone in the Levy Building, amazing people!

I find it hard to understand why the toilet seats in the handicap bathrooms are so loose. They're almost as if they're falling off. The Hinges. last time I used this restroom was 2 months ago I presented my concern to a housekeeper. Who is cleaning the other restroom? That's true and the housekeeper said i've reported that bathroom several different times. Somewhere along the line from the administrator of the hospital, allowing this type of behavior to the person with the wrench in his hand to tighten it up is lacking discipline.

The Levy building at Einstein hospital is clean and shut off. In order to get into the building, a person will have to go through the main entrance. The service was efficient.

The entrance is not open and I was not notified by the person who made my appointment that I would have to walk all the way around to the main entrance.
