Level Up Physical Therapy + Recovery

I highly recommend Level Up Physical Therapy + Recovery. I've been seeing Vanessa for about a month now for my shoulder injury. Vanessa quickly diagnosed the issue as biceps tendonitis, and over the course of a few weeks, used a number of different therapies to help the tendon heal. She also showed me rehab and mobility exercises during my visits that I would then do at home. Vanessa is an expert at what she does. She's also an excellent communicator and has organized business systems in place for appointment reminders and billing. While tendons can take months to repair, it's obvious that my shoulder is MUCH better (I'm even doing certain strength training exercises that I couldn't a month ago without pain) and she made a big difference. I am a 5 year post accident victim with spinal damage that has caused constant back and leg pain. I met with Vanessa to seek possible pain relief. During the first session Vanessa introduced deep tissue massage with the use of the myofascial release tool, physical therapy and dry needling. After 1 maybe 2 sessions my back pain was gone. Vanessa is super easy to work with. I came down with a Sciatica injury last December, and worked with her for several months in 2023. She brought me back from the dead to the deadlift. Thank you so much for helping get me back into 'game shape' again.

Vanessa is one of the best PTs. She meets you where you are at but also knows how and when to push you. Her PT sessions are actually fun too- I genuinely look forward to them and am really thankful for her and all the help she has assisted with me so far during my acl recovery process.

Vanessa is a great at what she does. She’s asks the right questions to really pin point where your pain is coming from. I always go to her with all my aches and pains and leave feeling so much better.
