I have just been to this center three times. The ladies at the front desk are very nice. Doctor Bouloute and the medical assistant are helpful and prepared. So far I am satisfied with the service I get. My only complaints, like other patients commented, waiting time are long. More than one hour after the time of my appointment I'm stoll waiting. The place is old and dusty. I can see someone cleans the floors and toilet bowl, but everything else is really neglected, starting with the windows, toilet paper holder, the handbar by the toilet, the doors, walls, everything needs a good cleaning and or TLC and renewal.

Dr Acosta is amazing but his staff is incompetent. I’ve been waiting since Wednesday for my asthma medicine because there was an error and each time I had to explain myself because the women on the phone automatically assumed I was wrong. I’ve been calling for days trying to get them to send the medicine. I called my pharmacy and they confirmed that why had not received any prescriptions for today. I finally called them back and they said they sent it already, which is incorrect. Why lie? I’ve been telling them the same medicines I need every time I call but they don’t care. Same thing used to happen with antidepressants but because I like my doctor I’ve been trying to stick it out. This is the last straw I’ve been waiting since Wednesday for an asthma medicine that I take twice a day, the

Dr is very slow, took 30 minutes to make notes in his computer for a 10 minute visit. 2nd time I went back for a quick followup appointment. Waited 40 minutes to be told he still had 2 patients before me to see. Why do doctors think my time is not important. Now I'm late to work, left the office without being seen by the doctor.

I love this place, the staff. Dr. Kruszka has been an angel in disguise for me. She makes me feel comfortable and listens to all my needs she goes over and beyond and I’m truly thankful for her 🙏🏾. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. I highly recommend this dr office. I rarely write reviews but I couldn’t go without giving my doctor the recognition she truly deserves!!

This is the worst health care office I've ever been a patient of. They schedule you for check ups and then make a separate appointments for tests just so you have to come in more frequently, instead of doing testing DURING your scheduled appointment. Then there's a separate appointment for going over these results and then separate appointments for further checkups, all in a short time frame. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, this office continuously ignored pharmacy requests for prescription refills and my physician was changed without me being informed. Then they refused to refill my prescriptions until I agreed to meet with the new doctor to "make sure I needed the medications" even though they were prescribed to me by my previous physician AT THIS FACILITY. Do not seek care here
