Been with the practice for a decade and never had any issues. Yes the well visits need to be made way in advance for Dr. Alvardo but we make the appointment and in the sick cases, just call in the morning and make an appointment that afternoon. Once they even saw my child super last minute with an emergency situation. We’ve been seen there for various reasons and all the doctors & PAs have been super nice and informative.

This is terrible clinic. Do not waste your time here. I called today to make an appointments for 2 children: one with serious injury and the second one with development delay. I presented over the phone valid insurance for both children and availability of all the medical records from the previous doctors. The receptionist was extremely rude and wanted to get rid of me. Finally Kelly the receptionist transferred to her supervisor and they hanged up. Before that, they explained to me that they cannot make appointment over the phone. So they want me to spend 2 hours to come personally just to make an appointment! I wasted an hour over the phone with them. Don't' go there. If the receptionist does not respect patients, I am afraid of thinking about the professionalism of the doctor.

Always a great experience. Has been my daughters pediatrician since 2003 and 2005. She is warm and compassionate, and I highly recommend her!
