I have been a customer with Leroy Pharmacy on E 198 street for many years. All of the pharmacist and pharmacy technicians are very customer service oriented and very professional. This pharmacy has always been very consistent in the dispense & delivery of my medication. Every pharmacist I speak with are professional and kind. I have never come across a rude employee in this business and their willingness to help is always available and with no hassle. There is always an individual that , in my opinion, goes above and beyond. That person deserves recognition and respect. He is the pharmacist in this location and has always exhibited respect, kindness,and professionalism, and the other pharmacists as well. Worst place ever they sold expaired milk and they are refusing to go on a settelement my baby got sick Never buy baby milk from here and the manager was so unprofessional didnt want to talk about it Unprofessional staff when we bought the milk we asked what is the date is written on the top of the milk they told it is the production date nd it was expaired date they are so unprofessional.

I have been dealing with Walgreens for the past 4 years and almost every 2 or 3 months I have a problem. Latest problem, my doctor called in my prescription on Wednesday to WG. I was not able to pick it up until Sunday because that is when I was due for the refill. I called on Friday to make sure that they will have the medication on Sunday because my doctor is not in the office on the weekends. I explained I am not asking to fill it early. I was told “ oh do not worry we have enough to fill your script. Well Sunday came and they did not have enough to fill it. This month I changed to Leroy and what a difference. When I went to pick it up I was in and out in literally 30 seconds. Great service, and they do not blow you off like the big chain stores. I’m going to stick with them for now!

This has been my go-to pharmacy for years! I will never go to anyone else, despite moving and living somewhere else. They are very courteous and professional, and concerns you may have is quickly resolved in a kind manner. They also have a number of goods available to buy while you wait for your medication. All in all, it's always a pleasure to deal with the pharmacy, I have no complaints in the long years I've been using the pharmacy to fill my prescriptions.

Attention They sale date expired milk for baby please be aware everyone its very dangerous for our community.really my baby still suffering please everyone dnt buy staff from this pharmacy they are very unprofessional and ther behave is very bad . I talked with them for this matter but they didnot give me solutions also they talked like if people any happened they dnt care .I requested to all avoid them
