I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the billing department. There has been no communication regarding my account until it was already sent to collections. Despite having a balance, I never received any calls or outreach from the billing team. I was told by Amanda that the system sends texts, but I did not receive any such notifications. The only contact I received was from the collections agency. Additionally, it took several weeks for the billing department to acknowledge receipt of my payment, and by the time they did, another charge had already been sent to collections—again without any communication or options presented to me as a parent.

They are all on board with vaxines, tried to give my son 3 at a time on one visit. They will get your symptoms and vitals, hand you a script for meds and be done in 15 minutes. I don't believe they had my sons health and interest in root cause of symtoms at heart. I have lost trust

Awesome office staff in gibbsboro! So attentive and quick response!!! They see all my kids! They work with you with everything. The nurse that takes the kids back is awesome. They have newer tech for vision tests that’s cool. Sick and well waiting room. Never long wait to be seen ever. For sick or well visit they are awesome!!!

We love our pediatrician's! They are always helpful, we love that we can call and talk to a doctor at any hour. They genuinely care about our children. It's been great that they are so helpful and understanding even when we bring in our foster children who have little to no medical history. We recommend them to everyone we know. 3 years and more kids later than first review, still love our pediatricians!

Some years ago, they called the cops on me during our initial appointment, refused to administer the vaccine that my son needed, and accused me of kidnapping because the medical records we provided them for my son had an old custody order as part of the file. Attempting to explain the situation went nowhere with these clowns, but the police sided with me and left immediately after I explained the situation. No apology from this office. They did refund the money I had paid, as they should since they refused service.
