Dr. Charmen Douglas does such a wonderful job on my entire family’s teeth. From my youngest who is 3 and my son who is 8, she makes sure they always are comfortable when working on their teeth. She is very accommodating and personable, I recommend her to all my family and friends.

I do not recommend her to anyone. There is no office staff. Everything is thu via text. She doesn't have after hours or ER coverage. Take this as your warning. She left me in a heaping mess. Once she got her money, she never contacted me again or have I been able to contact her about The dentures not fitting right. The dentures that wore made are so ill fitting that I have not been able to wear the bottoms in two years. I had to search for another office to try and fix the ones she had made for me. I can only use my top denture with a lot of glue. So now, I'm paying for a brand new set of dentures at the new office that has taken me in as their patient, and doctors offices don't like to touch other doctors work. I had to promise that I was not going to see her again and that any other work

This dentist is awful. Ruined my trust in any dentist.
