I’m extremely disappointed with how my first—and now only—appointment was handled. I had never been to this office before and accidentally went into the wrong building. It took me eight minutes to find the correct office. During that time, I called the office multiple times for help, but no one picked up. I finally arrived and checked in at the front desk, only to be told that the back office had canceled my appointment due to tardiness. I was still within 10 minutes of my scheduled time and was physically sitting with the front office, scanning my insurance cards, when I was informed. I asked, “There’s no grace period?
