Not worth your time, ask your kids pediatrician for a better doctor. 3-4hr wait time. The staff need to be trained in bedside manners and customer service or patient service. They work with special kids and need to understand the kids won't wait that long. I have seen kids hit the parent, make scenes because the wait time is very long and they can't handle it.

I wish I can put 0 stars no wonder why they have really bad reviews. Horrible place. Front office is super rude. I’ve come with my daughter and now my son and they just seem to not care about patients. They know my daughter is 2 and need it EGG and they need it to sedate her they made us come for nothing and supposedly reschedule. Now I come with my son going to 3 hrs they keep passing all this patients before us that arrived way before and they keep saying we’re next and continue to call other people in and we were never call. Horrible horrible place they shouldn’t even be open or exist with the type of running management they have going on.

Dr. Priscilla provides exceptional care. She is attentive, compassionate, and always goes above and beyond for her patients. She explains things clearly and never makes you feel rushed. She is truly a blessing and YES! The wait is crazy but worth it.

Horrible !!! Horrible staff!!! Rude and don't even know there job duty's!! ...Dr is nice amd love he's service, what he needs to do is educate he's staff because with how they are he's going to stay with no patients ! Oh by the way he's receptionist's say it's a 7 to 8 hour wait for a new pt. Ridiculous! Dr Garcia please educate your employees 🙏🏻 I have 7 years in medical field and never lacked at my job like this.

My son had an appointment at 11:00 am , I arrived at 10:56 am. The front staff was rude during all the time I was there. Inquire about around what time my son will be seen she responds “Depends on the time you arrived” I told her I had an appointment, she’s like you also turned in your paperwork at 11:14 ( the forms they make you sign when you are new patient) . I am currently waiting to be seen it’s 1:49 pm and I told multiple staff that my husband has to go work by 2:00 pm. FYI they don’t let in other children in besides the patient and 1 adult, which I don’t mind I wish they told me sooner . Avoid this headache and look for another doctor .
