I just can’t get over how welcoming and caring everyone was in this office for my first visit! I know I’ll never see any other dentist again from just a 20 minute visit.

Been going to him for awhile but the last few years things have gone seriously down hill in the office. Dentist broke tooth with agressive drilling (agressive enough to cause neck/back spasms). Then it two return visits to convince him the tooth was now infected. Then 2 different antibiotics to get rid of infection. Then @ 6mo check up- xrays where done but i was not notified there was an issue until the following 6 mo check up. Then he cancelled 2 appts to fix this problem. I got frustrated & went tonew dentist. The decay is now into root & down to bone! Also found another decay issue under another one of the caps he put on..he just did xrays 6 weeks ago & he did NOT find it but another dentist could. I have couple friends who have similar horror stories @ upchurch.

Super nice staff and Dr. Upchurch was professional, no nonsense and super nice. I loved the fact that he just took care of my issue and didn't start throwing treatments at me that needed repeat visits and or a lot of money. He has a customer for sure. No pain and the visit was quick.

Dr. Upchurch and his staff are incredibly helpful and supportive. They explain everything and let me ask as many questions as I can think of, answering each question with incredible patience. The entire experience from entering the front door to exiting with a healthy smile is a breath of fresh air. They even accommodate my crazy schedule which is truly a miracle! I am so glad to have found Dr. Upchurch and his wonderful team!

My family have been using Dr.Upchurch for several years. We find both him and his office staff completely amazing. Always friendly and greeted with a smile. Would highly recommended Leonard Family Dentistry to all my family and friends.
