I had been in horrific pain for over 3 weeks! I had called numerous doctors, clinics, etc., but with no success. However, when I spoke to Dr. Lapuerta ‘s staff, they were determined to help me! They got me in straight away! However, the day of my appointment Houston traffic was beyond bad! My GPS also, proved to be very unreliable! I was running so, late that I was very concerned that Dr. Lapuerta was going to cancel my appointment or reschedule it. Most doctors would have, especially, since I was running really, really late! But not Dr. Lapuerta! He saw me in record time! His entire staff was wonderful and Dr. Lapuerta was absolutely amazing! He has a great sense of humor and a wonderful bedside manner! All the staff are very helpful and attentive. I like how they know me by name on my second visit. I am doing the GLP 1 shots right now up until my goal weight is achieved then I will have my procedure done sometime in March. I am anxious but they are very re assuring and I know that they'll take care of me.

The coordinator checked on me afterward and the staff felt consistently organized and kind. Garage parking nearby kept the visit low stress. The office staff is amazing , Megan, Natalie, Gretel also Brandi and Dr Leo Lapuerta is the best. I highly recommend getting any cosmetic surgery you are thinking about. I’m super happy with my results.
