My sister is a resident there. She is diabetic and when I paid her a visit she was eating candy and drinking soda for one thing. She had been told that she was getting false teeth months ago and still doesn’t have them. Every time I call her there is something wrong with her phone so I call the desk and she never gets my message. I have to keep calling the desk back and they are extremely rude and make it seem like I am bothering them. There are times when I do reach my sister and she sounds like she is high on drugs and makes no sense. It makes me wonder what kind of people they hire to work there. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy!!

We feel so. blessed to have our mom here. We have not one complaint. She is taken well care of. It is a 150+% better than sunset hill where she was for a year. The staff here are all friendly to the patients and family members. Mom is always clean and clothes changed. She seems so much more calm here. Yes she has Demetria but the staff know how what to expect. Thank you for taking such care and attention to her and all of

My mother has Alzheimer's and stays here , I visited her and the caregivers couldn't be nicer, my only concern was that she's been there over a year and I've never been there to see her but they just let 3 of us in to see her never asked our names at all. We only said we were here to see such and such.
