Can you imagine a business that allows you to find your own way❓ I live in South Philadelphia and have purchased recently from King of Prussia , Pa. and Cherry 🍒 Hill , NJ . If you never experienced bliss shop here . i was so embarrassed i was not well schooled on Apple Pay . They were and are the kindest and most experienced staff to date . .I pray someone else experiences the same thing . Merry Christmas to the staff at Deptford,NJ Lens Crafters . Kudos…

Went a week ago considering I’ve had the same optometrist practice for 34 years! LensCrafters was easy to get an appointment, friendly from the minute I walked in and most likely going to be my new eye office. Every staff interaction was friendly and the Dr was Priya Patel . When purchasing my eyewear I had Rob the manager and he was informative on the lenses I was buying and the glasses themselves.

This review gets 5 stars all because of Mercedes! She’s super cool and was a huge help. Wish there were more employees out there like her!

I had such an amazing experience at LensCrafters! The optometrist was thorough and made me feel completely at ease during my exam. Rob and Jon were incredibly patient and kind while helping me pick out frames—they really took their time to make sure I found the perfect pair. The customer service from start to finish was outstanding, and I truly felt cared for throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this location!
