I recently had an issue with my new meta glasses and stopped by LensCrafters at Apple Blossom Mall, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Mr. Jonathan Glover who helped me truly went above and beyond. I came in feeling stressed about the problem, but they immediately put me at ease. He listened carefully, took the time to thoroughly assess what was going on, and explained everything clearly. Instead of just offering a quick fix, they made sure the issue was would be resolved and that my glasses would be fixed. What really stood out was his patience, professionalism, and genuine desire to help. I never once felt rushed or like an inconvenience. Everyone here seemed nice. I was helped out by Jeremy, who went above and beyond with trying to find the type of glasses I was looking for. He wound up looking through all the bins of glasses not shown on the shelves, and walked around the store until he found a pair that suited me. He was extremely nice and helpful. I am still waiting to receive my glasses, but I would recommend using this LensCrafters, Jeremy in specific, to find a nice pair of glasses!

Excellent service from the person who took my order and the manager who ensured everything worked well when I picked up the 3 pairs of glasses I purchased. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The glasses also are GREAT! Much better quality than some I had purchased elsewhere.
