Came into LensCrafters to get some help on glasses that I got else where - they were super helpful and were able to fix the issue for me. They also had a great selection of frames and I ended up getting a second pair. Was helped by Lisa and Steve and 10/10 recommend this location. Great customer service and reasonable prices for high quality eyewear

I bought a pair of glasses here, which I loved. Great experience first time around. But after a week I realized the shape of my face was not conducive to a good fit (they kept sliding down my nose). So I took them back to LensCrafters in Independence Mall. I’ve bought glasses for decades from LensCrafters and haven’t had to use the 30-day no questions return policy. But I did this time. Stephen greeted us as we walked in the door, told me how the return process worked (and that I could keep the current/new glasses until the new ones I chose are delivered). He gave us space to look around and was available when we had questions. When we did, he had all the answers and provided additional options and information to make sure I was going to be happy with my new selection. I am excited to get

I had an unpleasant experience at this location but after the store manager connected with me, he made sure to rectify the situation and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Thank you so much Steve for truly embodying the definition of true customer service! My new glasses made this one of the best birthdays yet. 🩷🩷🙌🏾🎂

My wife and I came in for glasses today and were helped by Marissa. We are completely satisfied with the service and price. Great place for eyeglasses. Shout out to Marissa and her customer service.

I was in need of new glasses (preferably bifocals) and decided upon going to LensCrafters. I was taken care of by Lisa and later, Emily, who helped weigh in with her expertise. I was there for a good two hours trying on frames and seeing what was affordable. Lisa stayed by my side and helped weigh in on what styles worked and which did not. As we were trying to navigate my insurance and potential sales, Emily was an immense amount of help. A very enjoyable experience and thankful for those two for all the help they provided ...and keeping me under budget.
