Alberto is top tier customer service!!! He helped me fix my glasses today and he was amazing. Super professional, fast, and really knew what he was doing. My glasses came out perfect. Great customer service — definitely recommend him.

Went in because I broke my frames, Alberto not only helped me with new frames, he checked to see if I had any discounts available. Service was very fast (in and out in 30 minutes). What a great staff at Waterbury Lens Crafters!, I won't go anywhere else! Thank you Alberto

I had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, until I left. Jenna was extremely patient with me (I couldn't decide which glasses I wanted) she helped me pick out a pair that worked well with my face size and shape (which I really needed help with) she was very friendly and down to earth. She listened to my needs and wants. She made me feel super comfortable telling her what I was looking for. Jenna really took the time to make sure everything was right for me. She covered everything and I left having no questions. Highly satisfied with my visit ☺️
