I came in to buy some coach glasses and the lady who helped me was such a sweetheart! She was so kind and helped me pick out which frame I wanted. Her name is Belledy, and I definitely will be recommending Lens Crafters to friends and family!

I went to the store this afternoon to get my glasses adjusted because they were crooked and had a few loose screws. I was helped by a gentleman who works there, and he was incredibly kind and attentive. He didn’t even charge me for the service, so the least I can do is leave a great review — if I could, I’d give 10 stars. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need glasses or lenses.

I went to the LensCrafters in the Trumbull Mall yesterday and I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Marla and Emrah. I was having a rough day, and their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help truly made a difference. They went out of their way to look after me, and I’m very grateful for how well they treated me. Thank you both for your genuine care — it really meant a lot ❤️

After not having good service at the Milford store (2 different attempts), I went to the Trumbull LensCrafter and Belledy restored my faith that some folks take pride in providing excellent service, even at the end of their day. Belledy used her expertise and strong product and inventory knowledge to find me many options and she and the other gal in the store helped me select the best style for my face and features. Grateful to have a helpful, kind and caring salesperson to make the process of finding frames an enjoyable experience, I can't recommend her enough. Thank you Belledy!

Natalie was incredibly helpful last evening guiding me and my husband in the selection of our new eyeglass frames. She even reviewed our prescriptions to note what frames would work best to support the type of lenses we would need. Both Natalie and Emrah had amazing customer service. Emrah's expertise was also demonstrated in his timely completion of my eyeglasses. Both Natalie and Emrah had amazing customer service that would bring us back to Lens Crafter.
