I recently visited LensCrafters at 16535 Southwest Fray, #230 in Sugar Land, TX, for an eye exam and to pick out some new frames, and I am thrilled with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly atmosphere. A huge shoutout to Lesli, the Sales Associate who assisted me throughout the entire process! She was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making sure to answer all my questions with patience and clarity. Lesli made the process seamless and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. Tran fixed my sunglasses quickly without hesitation. She was very friendly and professional and even wiped them clean afterwards with a microfiber cloth. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends because of her outstanding service!

Phenomenal! I was warmly greeted upon arrival (not the standard retail outlit scripted type). I Came unprepared with needed information and the associate Tran was extraordinarily patient with me. I presented a host of uncommon issues. The manager, Joy appeared to take on the role as my advocate as opposed to someone just being tolerant and trying to make a sale. I was really impressed with the overall vibe in this store. Observing all the other employees interactions with customers and each other gave me the impression of being in a Pub. This space would be a great academic study on how to create the proper ambiance for retail.
