I recently had the pleasure of visiting LensCrafters, and I would like to commend both the staff and the doctor for the exceptional level of care and professionalism I received. From the moment I arrived, Assistant Manager Shane ensured that the entire process of selecting both glasses and contact lenses was seamless. He demonstrated outstanding customer service, taking the time to explain each step in detail and offering thoughtful guidance to ensure that I felt comfortable and confident with my choices. His patience, professionalism, and genuine care made the experience truly enjoyable. In addition, I would like to recognize Dr. Jack Rotondi for the exemplary medical care he provided. Josette has been helping my family for years, and she is honestly the best. She is patient, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make sure everything is done right. Every visit feels welcoming, and she genuinely cares about her patients, not just making a sale. The entire LensCrafters experience is smooth because of her attention to detail and professionalism. I wouldn’t trust my eye care or eyewear needs with anyone else. Highly recommend.

Every year I leave their office with the same feeling. You are not a customer here, the staff treats you like family. Dr. Rotondi is always professional, he takes his time explaining everything with kindness. And then you go to the store side and Jossette will guide you and help you out with the best attitude, she is the best. Nicholas was also very helpful when I brought back my eyeglasses five minutes before closing and yet he still stayed to take all my information. So glad we still have stores with people who actually care about their costumers.

Wonderful experience more than what we expected .. we had already visited 2 other places but this one the customer service was beyond so respectful helpful courtesy knowledgeable and kindness. I think she really enjoys her job because she def. Had patiences with me in selecting a pair of glasses it’s not easy and you want to feel comfortable with what you choose no matter the brand or price I recommend 100%
