Sarah did a wonderful job walking me through finding a good pair of sunglasses that fit well, we're the right size, and the exact color combination that I wanted. She was a pleasure to deal with even though it was just her in store and multiple people were in it!

Very professional and enjoyable experience. They gave me all the time i needed to choose new frames, unlike the previous place I had gotten new glasses from. Nicole worked one on one with me and was very easy to talk to and a joy to be around. She did everything in her power to get me the lowest prices and the best discount available since I was paying out of pocket. Overall a top notch experience, and of course I will keep coming back for all of my optometry needs.

Bravo to LensCrafters, Spokane, Washington and Greg Norman, who was so very helpful to me for an issue I had with a pair of sunglasses. He was knowledgeable, kind, and courteous which is rare these days. Since he is the person I dealt with I would say he’s the face of the company. Went in to try and get a pair of sunglasses fixed due to a missing screw on one of the temples. Nicole greeted me promptly and took them to the back to try and repair them. She returned about 10 minutes later attempting to fix them with a replacement screw, but advised me to be careful screwing it tight to avoid cracking the lense. I asked her how much for the repair and she did it for free! Thank you Nicole for your outstanding customer service and help!

Gregory helped me yesterday, 7/22/2025, and was fantastic. He was patient, entertaining, and just a general pleasure to interact with. I don't normally submit reviews for privacy reasons, but he deserves one. Looking forward to the 3 pairs I ordered from him.
