I stopped in at Lens Crafters to get my glasses adjusted and met the nicest lady named Amanda. She was very helpful and did a very good job of adjusting my glasses. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Lens Crafters.

LensCrafters is the only place we will buy glasses. Excellent selection and competitive prices. I needed prescription sunglasses and found the perfect pair, confirmed the prescription and custom fit and was out the door in no time at all. But the main reason for this review is to highlight a LensCrafters staff member. Amanda was an absolute joy to work with. Aside from her obvious experience and extensive product knowledge, what sets Amanda apart from most people in the service industry is her wonderful, uplifting personality. Her kindness, and humor brought calm to what was a very busy day in the store. She makes everyone around her more relaxed. Amanda and Elise are so fantastic! We see them every year and they always remember us and are so friendly! Amanda recently went the extra mile by doing the required inspections on our glasses that had arrived, but were not yet ready for pick up. This saved us an extra trip out here. Amanda ridiculed me and called me out on my sleeping disorder. Then told me to wait while she fixed my glasses for free. Honestly great laughs and all in good humor 10/10 would recommend. (Not sarcastic) lol

Great customer service! Came in for a repair and they were kind enough to fix them for free! No warranty. Elise was friendly, courteous and helpful! Would definitely visit this location regularly were I a local. Thank you guys!
