Thomas was very knowledgeable and infinitely patient in guiding me through the myriad options and choices you have to make when ordering eyeglasses, especially on a budget. It gets confusing and complicated real fast choosing frames, coatings, lens options you need for your prescription but Thomas answered all my questions and clearly explained everything in detail, including pros and cons of various features available and whether they would work for me or were optional. Costs add up real quick and I really wanted to stay within my eyeglasses insurance benefits and healthcare insurance allowances without too much out of pocket cost overages. Jessica was so helpful in fixing my sunglasses. one of the screws came out at the beach (gone forever) and within 5 min of walking in, i had my sunglasses fixed. she also tightened the other screw to make sure everything was secure. thankful i can keep wearing my fav sunnies!

The optometrist was super nice and helpful, the exam was a breeze and best of all the optician saved me $300 on contacts for the year compared to 1-800-CONTACTS. They also gave me some trials to tide me over in the meantime so I’m not walking around blind.
