Went there to get some assistance with my glasses. Right from the start was treated poorly. Explained my situation and reason for visiting along with advising I was considering scheduling an exam due to recent insurance changes. The employee was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Even after trying to explain my reason for visiting. This location is longer a consideration. Do better!

I made an appointment for an exam and received a call back for additional information. The lady who called was rude. Sorry I inconvenienced you with trying to get an exam. Don't waste your time with them unless you enjoy rudeness.

The staff are fantastic and helpful throughout the entire process of explaining the steps with the exam and helping you find options for eye contacts and glasses that fit in your budget

Ida was most awesome and The technicians were GREAT and very helpful. I love that the eye doctors can actually do this from a remote area too! I feel like I'm getting the same GREAT service as I would if they were in the room with me. thank you all for your assistance, help and great Customer Service!
