John krochmal for my prescription is master of his field with a simple approach to educate each customer so they understand their prescription and how to proceed further. Great service and profesional…was greated as I walked in, the young lady in the front repaired my Ray Bans in a few min. I was concerned repair would be lengthy and costly she handled it in minutes great service can’t say it enough stop by they are great to deal with ! Thank you LensCrafters

Disappointed. Went in to order prescription glasses. My son was not able to get glasses before he moved to Santa Barbara but had just gotten his exam so insurance wouldn’t cover again. He got measured, picked out the glasses all I was told to do is send the info and call to complete. The ladies who helped us were great but then I get some gentleman who gave lots of attitude and not very helpful. If you don’t want to complete a sale, fine. I believe in customer service and will avoid a place forever to know that I haven’t rewarded poor service. Maybe one person doesn’t count but I imagine there are others and collectively it does add up.
