My husband needed some new sunglasses so I chose LensCrafters. Gabriella assisted us from the minute we walked in the door. She was very nice, knowledgeable and thorough. From the lady who read our glasses to the other staff and Gabriella was genuinely kind. Great experience.

I have been wearing prescription glasses for too many years to count. Dr Joseph Vo has been hands down the best Optometrist I have had. Dr Vo is personable, caring and my prescription has always been spot on! Special shout out to the Opticians, especially, Monica, Glennita and the rest of the team who jumped in and helped. The store is busy, as are most eyeglass stores, but this staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and are THE MOST patient humans on the planet! I love my new glasses! Thank you!

Gabby on the optical side provides exceptional customer service. I was walked from the front desk to the optical side to book an appointment for a vision check. I was informed that Ashley would assist me; however, while I waited, I was not acknowledged. Gabby noticed that I had been waiting and kindly approached me with a warm and welcoming smile. I thanked Gabby for acknowledging me. At that point, Ashley then stated, “I’m helping her,” but did not offer a greeting or acknowledgment, and simply proceeded to ask for my name and history. When I returned the following day for my appointment, Gabby was once again bright, attentive, and professional. Kyla was also wonderful. Both Gabby and Kyla demonstrated professionalism and provided excellent customer service.

I had a great experience with Lens Crafters during my visit. I received a lot knowledge that I had no idea about glasses. Melissa was extremely helpful. She went way beyond my expectations, she was patience, and very professional. I highly recommend visiting Lens Crafters in Sanford, FL!

From start to finish the Dr and staff were top notch. The eye exam was complete with all questions answered thoroughly. The sales associate Melissa was so helpful with assuring I got everything I needed and the best price with my insurance coverage. She shared her knowledge to enable me to make an informed decision. My experience was top notch! I highly recommend this store for their professionalism and excellent customer service.
