I have been using Lens Crafters for over 18 years. Customer service is great. And the selection of frames and lens options are great. Unfortunately, I no longer have Eye insurance and my out of pocket costs, even with a discount program, are not sustainable. If you don't have eye insurance, I definitely recommend pricing around.

April provided outstanding customer service during my visit to LensCrafters. She was patient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable while helping me choose new frames and get my glasses ordered. She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and care. Thank you, April — you did an amazing job!

Lenscrafters Salisbury representative was Very friendly and helped us find the glasses that we were most comfortable with, and...it was at a price that was Very affordable. No pressure during the store visit as we looked and looked..Thank you so much.

The staff here are excellent! I have been going here for my lenses since I moved to the area two years ago. Most recently my wife and I went there to order glasses and prescription sunglasses. They were able to turn both orders around in less than 1 week, in time for our vacation! Thank you!
