Really great experience at this LensCrafters. I came in with two pairs of glasses that both needed quite a bit of fixing, and the woman (I think Alisha) who helped me was so nice about it. She made sure everything was fixed properly and had to do quite a bit of work on them. I was honestly surprised when she didn’t charge me anything. Super friendly, helpful, and just a genuinely good experience overall. I really appreciate the help and will definitely come back here.

alisha was very helpful w repairing my glasses i fall asleep on all the time. tightened them up so they aren’t falling off and replaced one of the things that holds my glasses in place. amazing service, would recommend been going there for years. very nice people who want to help

Always receive tremendous service here! Today, Alisha went above and beyond to help my husband repair his glasses. A few weeks ago, a different employee found eye insurance coverage my college age son did not even know he had. I find everyone here willing to go way above and beyond for customers.

😠 Unacceptable Quality and Business Practices I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the frames I purchased earlier this year for nearly $300, which have required three separate repairs because the right lens repeatedly falls out, demonstrating a clear defect. While the sales representatives were pleasant, the store's policy and the manager's refusal to offer a reasonable resolution—such as an exchange for a non-defective pair—is unacceptable, especially considering I have spent over $5,000 on eyewear at this retailer in the past few years. Bought two pairs of Rx glasses and sunglasses within a month and Alicia assisted both times. She was extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for glasses and sunglasses. Cost savings also significant.
