I recently went to the Rockaway location and the Assistant Manager Carmela was such a big help! She was so professional, she had so much knowledge on my needs and picked out the most perfect frames for me. She was wonderful and I enjoyed her service.

We had a great experience buying new glasses for my wife. Carmela was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We really appreciate it!

Chris was friendly and informative. He suggested a specific style of frames for the type of lenses required for my prescription. Also he was very helpful with any question on pricing and insurance. Thank you kindly Chris!

Now, I want to say, the Lenscrafters it's self and its associates at rockaway are amazing. They are 4 stars. The eye doctors there... well, they sent me to the neuro eye doctor from hell. I didn't want vision therapy, that doctor made it so 11 other doctors wouldn't help me - my report wasn't sent or her report basically said vision therapy would save me. The vision care center the lenscrafters eye doctors sent me to has made my life a living nightmare and made it so I can't get any help with my eyes. I blame the doctors here for partnering and recommending the neuro eye doctor from hell. I don't recommend any of these eye doctors. This has been the single worse doctor experience of my life. Alessandra (store manager) at the Rockaway NJ store location was outstanding throughout the process of getting eyeglasses for myself and my son. I have health issues and appreciated her going above to ensure efficiency but also answered all questions knowledgeable and thoroughly. The entire staff helping us should also be commended for their kindness, patience, and help. They all were happy to help correct the lenses on my son's pair and adjust our eye glasses till satisfaction on subsequent visits. We have almost never leave reviews/feedback, but we would like to highlight such an uncommonly good experience. Thank you.
