Extremely disappointing experience. This dental office has serious issues with transparency, communication, and professionalism. My bill has fluctuated with no clear explanation. I was told certain services were covered by my insurance, only to be charged later—without warning. I was promised call-backs that never happened. I had to chase them down repeatedly, and even then, the information I received was inconsistent and unclear. The final straw was when I asked to understand the charges and why they had changed. Instead of addressing my concerns, the accountant immediately told me—before I even had a chance to fully explain my disagreement—that I should "take my business somewhere else if I'm not happy." I came here from a recommendation and I’m so happy with the whole experience . The scheduling is done so well that I didn’t even have to wait , I literally walked in and was sat right down. The office staff was very welcoming and the Receptionist Nelly and the whole front desk staff make u feel comfortable from the moment u walk in. Also The cleaning I received made my teeth look like I got them whitened cause they were shades brighter from just that cleaning . The whole building and staff are very knowledgeable about the parts they play in the practice . From the front desk, to the assistant, all the way down to the doctor. It was just an easy experience and was really refreshing to have every thing go so smoothly.

They are all so nice. Professional and always on time. The are pleasant without being phony. Everything is clean and tidy. I love going to see Dr J. And I always have a great experience. I highly recommend her as a dentist! I have been a patient for many years and the great service has always been consistent.
