The Service: I had an exceptional experience at the store thanks to Shawn. From the moment I walked in, Shawn greeted me with warm eye contact and a friendly approach that made me feel like a valued guest. He took the time to understand my needs and even referred me to another place that could assist with repairing my broken eyewear. I truly appreciate that recommendation, as I followed up and received prompt service there within just 30 minutes. Although LensCrafters couldn't assist me on that particular visit, the outstanding customer service provided by Shawn has certainly made me eager to return in the future. The Parking: Parking directly in front of the store can be unpredictable due to limited availability. The street is quite narrow. However, there are free parking options nearb

The staff were friendly and eager to share the seasonal sales while directing me to the glasses brands. Dr. Kang was an excellent optometrist. I do have a couple of suggestions. 1. Provide patient prescriptions in a printed index card. It’s easier for patients to have a tactile document in managing their health records. 2. Offer to send their receipts in an email. It’s better for environmental sustainability. It’s also easier to track their HSA/FSA spending, than a long printed receipt. I think these operational adjustments will provide more seamless transactions between the staff and customers in the long run.

The eye doc and receptionist were great. Really loved the eye doc. The manager was simply superb. She deftly handled the entire eyeglass portion alone with many customers. It is rare to find a leader who was expert at every facet of the operations. I would hire Dawn Davis, the manager, if I had a store like this. I will continue to you use LensCrafters because of her!

I would like to commend Ms. Dawn at LensCrafters for her outstanding service today. She was the only staff member available, yet she managed to assist all customers with grace, respect, and professionalism. Loved the experience! This my first time being in LensCrafters. I appreciate Dr. Kang and Nick, as they were very patient throughout the process with eye examination! Ms. Dawn was willingly working to get through every customer to finalize everything! (Thanks for the discount! 😉)
