Crescent Cities Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

I had a great experience with Crescent Cities Health and Rehabilitation. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly treats residents with dignity and respect. The building is clean, welcoming, and you can tell they work hard to create a comfortable environment for both residents and families. Communication was good, and the team was always willing to answer questions and help however they could. I’m grateful for the compassion and support shown here and would definitely recommend this facility to others looking for quality care.

My mom is receiving rehabilitation here and the journey so far has been quite remarkable. With good collaboration Crescent Cities center has been professional and accommodating. My mom is receiving good care. It's been a great experience better than I expected 😌

My stay there lasted 2 weeks, In the Potamac unit, from entering in that unit, it started out bad, the techs were terrible with the exception of one young lady by the name of Shanicqua, she was excellent, the rest of them with an exception of a few did not want to do their jobs, they ignored the call buttons, until they were ready to respond, I have never been in one of these facilities before after being transferred from Georgetown University Hospital, I fault medicaid also because they send you where they want according to your insurance, but that still doesn't mean that you should be not be getting the care that is given, I just could not belive that this unit was runed the way it was, I belive that because they are carrying for people that cannot advocate for themselves is the reaso

Recently I visited a relative here. First impression was … well, it look and smells clean and the holiday decorations are in good taste. While there, my kin & friend received her lunch. She enjoyed it and even remarked that she wish she could get the recipe for the sauce. The green beans looked fresh not frozen or canned. I was impressed. Her room was in need of some renovation in the ceiling and maybe a paint job. But as far as the rehabs in MD, I would rate it a B, just based upon my visit.

I'm here now its 454 a.m. Sunday morning I've been wetMarch 7th I'm giving a heads up on this review disappointed I looked at this place as a very wonderful place I'm running into issues and only been here less than 48 hours I will continue this review tomorrow evening and let you kthe outcome of the situation that I found myself in at this time of the morning and I really am going to press for something to be done I've been wet almost 4 hours now and the person is walking past ignoring me I have said anything disrespectful or wrong to them but help me I hope that cameras can see them walking around casually nurse that's on duty said that he cannot help me either so I'm still waiting on a supervisor I am soaking wet this is how I'm living right now I'll give you an update so far so good it
