5 stars to Gabriela! I visited the store previously and was given a number that didn’t quite make sense to me for what I was getting. I went for a second visit and met Gabriela who was able to break everything down for me, calculate and explain the price as well as give me good glasses for a good price. She was quick, thorough, and helpful!!! it was a little rough obviously trying to figure out the pricing and the type of lenses, spoke to multiple people and was still feeling confused about the pricing hence the 4 stars but because Gabriela cleared all that for me, 5 to her :^)!!!

Wish I could give more than only 5 stars!! I've been here several times, and this team is CONSISTENTLY the ABSOLUTE BEST around. All of my friends and family have heard about how great they are, and they'll be booking exams and purchasing glasses. If anyone is looking for an AMAZING experience, definitely check this place out. You'll LOVE it!!!

The team at the VictoriaGardens location LensCrafters was one of the best teams I’ve ever encountered. From entering their store, Francisco was welcoming and helpful with explaining the process of getting my first pair of glasses with them; and was so kind in trying to get me an appt as a walk-in patient. Manny was the one who started my eye exam and was charming, polite and so patient with all my crazy questions about all the impressive tech/machines in their office. The Doctor who explained my test results was professional, thorough and also very kind with answering all my concerns. I wish all my doctors were like her. And to top it all off, Jennifer was the one who walked me through the ordering process for my eye-glasses and was so good at explaining all my options with my insurance. S

Staff was great and Kennth Hemsley was who I came in looking for today and he took great care of me! This was my third time to buy glasses at this LensCrafters location. I will be coming back again in the future. Thanks for making buying classes easy and enjoyable!

Tom at LensCrafters was amazing! He was very kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. He assisted me quickly and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. His professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate his help and would definitely recommend asking for Tom!
