Great service! Mariela (sp) switched the lenses out between two frames, tightened everything up, and fixed the nose piece, all for free and super fast. I didn’t even buy the glasses there, but was treated like a regular customer. I also spoke with Larry on the phone b4 I went there and he was very helpful as well, so it appears they have a great team there! A+

I went into Lens Crafters at North Hills today thinking that I would be buying a new pair of eyeglasses after carelessly stepping on mine. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Josh who said he would probably be able to help me out with them in a few minutes. After he was done assisting another customer, he fixed them and they fit better now than when I originally got them last year. Good customer service is rare and hard to find these days. I wanted to give a shout out to Josh for being so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely worth taking the time to write this review. Josh, I hope you see this. Thank you again from the old lady who stepped on her glasses:) I appreciate you!

Hannah was the main associate who assisted me at LensCrafters, and she was absolutely amazing. She took her time, helped me through every step, and was so patient with me. She truly made me feel confident in my choices, and I genuinely enjoyed her help. I wouldn’t recommend any other place. Maddie and Larry also stepped in and helped seal the deal with my favorite frames, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be coming back again. Taz did an amazing job welcoming me as soon as I walked in! Helped me fixed my glasses that been ran over. Helped me order another pair with my favorite frame. Also helped me picked out two sets of sunglasses! Great communication and customer service skills! Will be coming back soon for more styles!
