I visited LensCrafters to do a demo on the Ray-Ban Meta glasses. I was greeted by Melissa, who took the time to give me a tutorial and demo of the item. She was extremely thorough with a very pleasant demeanor. I didn’t feel rushed or hurried. There was no sales pitch. I just felt attended to. I enjoyed this experience and I would definitely shop this LensCrafters again. I highly recommend recommended.

I recently visited LensCrafters and had a mixed experience. When I first walked in, no one greeted me. I stood at the reception desk for about a minute before anyone acknowledged me and asked if I needed assistance. There were three associates sitting together—one was helping a customer on the phone, while the other two appeared to be on their personal phones. Eventually, another associate approached me and asked if I needed help, then directed one of the associates to assist me. Once I received assistance, the young lady who helped me was very kind, professional, and thorough. She even took the time to do an additional demo with me, which I appreciated. This LensCrafters is already aesthetically pleasing as is but the customer service is just as amazing. My salesperson was Leanne and she was absolutely fantastic! she has a warm personality and she was engaged in everything I said. She was so polite and sweet, she helped me and my family with any confusion we had on the frames. We had an overall great experience with her, I would recommend her to everyone if I could! Great lady, she deserves all the stars, if I could give her more stars I would! 10 outta 10 experience!
