I stopped in today to ask about an issue I was having. With some glasses purchased months ago,. They were so helpful and replaced my nose pads with softer ones at no charge!! I had a great experience here with my exam and eye glass purchase, I’m thrilled that they are still invested in my satisfaction as a customer! I could not recommend them more!!

Garrett, the assistant manager was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He quickly helped my husband and I both get lenses ordered for new glasses. Hands down best experience I’ve had at a Lens Crafters. We will return for our next glasses needs.

I had an all around excellent experience at The Lenscrafters location at Cascade Station. The doctor was experienced and gave me more options regarding my prescriptions. Their associate James went above and beyond to make sure I found the right frames for the right price. I will be back.
