Had a awesome experience service was amazing got the meta ray band gen2 glasses very clean organized and had an outstanding selection of glasses to choose from.

When I walked into this store I was impressed with how clean and nice it was. I was greeted by Arlyn very professionally made me feel like a wanted customer. I sat down with Arlyn and got my glasses. I would definitely come back!

The service was not nice. I felt like they did not want to provide service. The lady which was tall with long black hair was so negative with every question I ask and then proceeded to ask about my insurance and say that at the end of the year people insurance is canceled! Did not even see my insurance yet! I felt she was trying to me away

Optometrist was good at answering my questions and I had a lot of them. I saw her for the my visit then also again for contact adjustments. She was able to answer my questions. They have done recent renovations and the place got a big upgrade. Certain insurances are no longer covered. Make sure you double check before you go. They're selective who they have as patients now. Pricing has always been expensive but since the update, it seems things have gotten even more expensive. I did receive help in the front end quickly, and the person that I received knew exactly what to do, so she was swift in getting me in and out. Parking is plenty in a shared plaza lot with other stores. Overall I would recommend if others can afford it.

I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters! They have plenty of different styles and brands in lower to higher price ranges depending on your needs. The woman who assisted me was incredibly helpful and extremely kind from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I was comfortable with my choices, and guided me through the entire process with such patience and professionalism. It really made a difference to have someone so knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to work with. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to come by—thank you for making my visit so easy and enjoyable!
