I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses at this location and have always been satisfied. I had an issue with a pair of prescription sunglasses and it was resolved quickly and with a smile. Kirsten the store manager is excellent at helping choose frames that flatter my face. Will return again for sure!

Went into LensCrafters in the Palm Beach Gardens mall for new glasses. Amanda helped me and not only assisted in looking at many different frames, but efficiently found the best sales price and desired lens options for the glasses. She takes her time with you to make sure you are happy. Then Amanda adjusted my current frames to stay on tighter as they were sliding and loose. I will return there for my future glasses purchases.

Kira Cantrell is amazing! I had a uniquely challenging situation and she went above and beyond to help me. Her professionalism and customer service are absolutely next level. They have a customer for life because of Kira! LensCrafters should give her a promotion, raise, and bonus.

Dont let a few negative reviews keep you from experiencing this location. Both Dr. Hixenbaughs staff and the actual Lenscrafters team are worthy of praise. I had my eye exam and two pair of glasses recently completed. I am 100% satisfied! Ordered a pair of Oakley progressives and a pair of RayBan progressive sunglasses for sports. The Oakley order had an issue and was quickly and professionally replaced. Cannot say enough in regard to Kiera's management style and the team she has in place. Marco and Greg also assisted through the process. I had NO issues with insurance and applied discounts. Thank you for a great experience and standing behind your products. This positive team concept was noticeably apparent during my three visits and is much appreciated!
