Whenever I have gone to LensCrafters 29th Street their service has been exceptional. Last time I went to tighten my glasses (the frames were not from there and the glasses were also not fitted there) but Christian still helped me and the glasses fit perfectly now. They truly heave the best customer service. Thank you!

The staff here are so friendly and helpful! I had 2 pairs of glasses that kept sliding down my face and Oscar tightened them for me. He was careful with the process and so friendly. He did such a great job and my glasses feel great!

Kindest and most flexible people ever! My fiancé's glasses broke and we walked in with broken glasses. Oscar and Christian were insanely helpful, with Oscar immediately assisting in changing out the lenses and frames and Christian helping set us up with the optometrist to update his prescription. The optometrist was very kind and extremely informative! Additionally, Pam was very helpful in picking new glasses frames. Cannot sing enough praises to the helpful people that went above and beyond their customer service. I am recommending to everyone I know!!! You should come here!!! They're literally open in the middle of over 100 MPH winds!!!

I always love Lenscrafters for their efficiency and variety. Today Gavin helped me out in fixing my glasses which really has come in handy for work and daily activities. He was helpful and very personable. Highly recommend
