I have been using LensCrafters to get my eyes tested and purchase both contacts and glasses for over 15 years. I was always happy with the service they provided up until now. I went in for an exam. They no longer manually test a person eyes. They rely on technology to find a persons prescription. I would be fine with this if my glasses or contacts actually helped improve my vision. I left LensCrafters very happy after my exam even tho I spent nearly $1000. When they called me to let me know that my glasses had arrived I was very excited. When I went in to pick them up they were not the same color glasses that I had picked out. I picked out green tortoise shell frames what came were brown frames. When I said something to the man helping me, he said that they were the same color as in the p

Went in to get my glasses fixed - left within 5 minutes free of charge. They even replaced my screws. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their glasses quickly adjusted or fixed.
