My eyes are problematic, one eye is fine the other eye refuses to cooperate. The doctor at LensCrafters was so patient and took so much time fine-tuning the prescription, reworking the prescription and checking up to make sure the glasses work. I have never experienced a doctor so patient and willing to find a solution for me. Highly recommend recommended!!

Nice store to try on glasses, but I’ll just make my purchase online. Was being helped by an associate and then another guy asked for her help. 20 minutes later I asked for my prescription back. She asked if I found a pair I liked and I said yes but she can just go ahead and keep helping the other guy. She said OK and I left, didn’t even apologize or try to keep my business. Going to complete my purchase right now online. Another loss for in-person retail…

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The store was modern with an abundant selection. The Dr. had all of the latest technology and was kind and informative. The staff was patient and extremely helpful in helping me select the perfect pair of eyeglasses.

Went to the North Wales location. Great service, great selection of frames. Not the same as ordering online from your couch, but worth extra time and effort for a better pair of glasses with a better fit.

Very expensive! Great staff, good selection, but going on 3 weeks and no glasses. When I called, tbe person was snippy and told me they call when there in. I wish I could cancel and go somewhere else.
