I had found some scratches on my lenses and noticed them while driving. My husband had mentioned our insurance covers replacements of the lenses and frames. I came to this Lenscrafters and was promptly helped by Kyle. I was unsure of how the insurance worked but he explained the entire process to me. He was informative and helpful throughout the visit. He mentioned it could take about a week or 2 for the new glasses to come in, but I ended up with a call yesterday that the glasses were ready for pickup. Kyle was there for the pickup, and once again he helped me with the exchange. He made sure that my glasses felt comfortable and that I was satisfied with the look of the frames. I appreciated his time, great experience at this location

Dagmar provided outstanding service during my recent visit, and I would highly recommend her and this LensCrafters location to anyone. I went in to purchase eyeglasses and ended up purchasing sunglasses as well because of how helpful Dagmar was. Stopped lenccrafters Yes today around 5 o’clock with a pair of glasses that I did not purchase from them! Hoping that they would be able to fix my glasses! Ashley took care of me eithout sny hesitation kind and professional! Thankful to have my glasses back in perfect condition. Thsnks again
